Group Training is a great way to build a positive and energetic atmosphere towards a common goal. Working as a collective unit will promote community, shared experience through trials and tribulations, and an overall sense of belonging. Individuals of a group are ALWAYS recommended regressions, if a questionable movement is written into program.
